All right, behind me is Meritage Homes. We're going to check out this home. It's a four-bedroom home. At the time of filming, the builder was offering a 4.99% rate, $7,000 in closing costs, and a move-in package. This builder is doing a lot to help make a first home more accessible. Let's go check it out.
The community is planned to have a pool. The video also mentions a high school in the area and planned elementary and middle schools. At the time of filming, the elementary school was expected in 2027 and the middle school in 2028. Families should confirm the current plans and school assignments directly with the district.
At the front of the home is the first bedroom, with natural light. Blinds are included with the builder, and the walkthrough shows the closet space.
Near the front bedroom and office area is a full bathroom. The finishes are simple, and the next bedroom has closet space and built-ins.
Near the garage is a small drop zone where you could set down keys or add a table and hooks for jackets.
The third bedroom has its own full bathroom. The finishes are straightforward, with affordability in mind. The video also notes that a washer and dryer were being provided in this home.
The formal dining room could also work as an office if you chose to close it off. The living room is straightforward, with a breakfast area nearby and a good-sized kitchen.

The primary bedroom is off the living area. Its bathroom has a standing shower. Some builders are removing tubs when buyers do not use them, and this home has a walk-in closet, a separate toilet area, and more storage.
